O’Donnell’s Bar
O’Donnell’s Bar is a longtime local bar that added a deck addition and upstairs outdoor deck area. A railing system was built to enclose the area and outdoor upper deck. This system included a modern industrial style made from tube steel to create a smooth and clean linear look. The upstairs deck also has structural support beams that secure the railing, deck, and roof together. Both the upstairs and downstairs areas have lockable security gates. Also built for this bar was a 15 step OSHA fireproof stairway. The stairs featured flat bar grating for the steps and a double rectangle tube steel handrail. Underneath the stairs was a custom built support system to ensure safety and code compliance.

The Sanctuary
This building was an old church recreated to a new, modern style bar. The outside decking rails feature rectangle tube steel with thick flat bar stock to give it a beefy, sleek industrial feel. These railings were also installed on the handicap and front deck entrance. The handicap railing system was a double 35 foot ADA Compliant two rail system with custom square steel posts and architectural handrail brackets. The system is welded together to create a strong and safe handrail system. The two interior bars were outfitted with the same style foot rail. They feature custom bent Z-style supports welded to rectangle tube steel brackets that mount on the floor only, to protect the face of the bars. Additionally, two 17 foot handrails leading to the upstairs bar and four outside handrails that lead up the front stair entrance were added.

Heron Creek Golf Club
Heron Creek is a beautiful 9 Hole Golf Course that expanded its bar room area to give the golfers a more entertaining area to lounge and interact. After elongating the bar, a foot rail system was installed. This footrail is a custom golf ball on a tee design to match the golf course theme. Featuring hollow spheres with tube steel construction. Also built for the golf course was a glass and beverage storage rack. This rack had wrought iron scrolls and twists incorporated throughout.
